On updates and support
Finda is desktop software, not a subscription. If it works on your computer now, it will work forever.
However, we can’t predict the future.
That means we can’t code against whatever changes Google, Apple, or the open source folks do to their browsers, operating systems, or editors.
That’s why a Finda license includes 1 year of updates and support from the date you purchase it.
If you run into any issues, please write finda@keminglabs.com and we’ll do our best to address them.
Usage terms
Finda is licensed, not sold. You can only use Finda if you agree with these usage terms.
A Finda license can be used in one of two ways:
On a single computer, used by up to six people living in the same household.
On multiple computers, used by a single person (e.g., you can use it on your laptop and desktop, but not on your laptop and your friend’s laptop).
Licenses cannot be transferred, resold, shared, or rented.
Finda includes a free, time-limited, evaluation mode. To use Finda beyond this evaluation mode, you must purchase a license. Attempting to circumvent or otherwise extend the evaluation mode is not allowed, and also reflects poorly on one’s understanding of opportunity costs.
In no event shall Keming Labs, LLC be liable for damages, including loss of profit or revenue, loss of data, or any indirect damages, however caused.
